Read side effects and directions of use carefully
- Assuming that am using an aloe product and after 2 to 3 months i noticed that ...

Hello Asha, thanks for asking.
First things first: It should be standard practice for all of us, before we take any nutritional supplements to consult our family doctor. If she/he finds that our health, is rather benefited and not impaired by these dietary supplements and nevertheless after using for 2 - 3 months we have problem, the responsibility lies with the doctor.
But surely, sometimes we do not consult our doctor about such matters. What happens then? There is no assumption of responsibility? Let's analyze it.
Before you buy any supplements in any form - juice, capsule, powder, etc. - you must read somewhere on the package, whether it is approved by the National Food and Drug Administration or other relevant government agency of your country, to be sure that the ingredients of this supplement, have been checked and are not hazardous to our health.
Then, after you buy the approved product and you keep in your hands the bottle of juice or the box of supplements and you are ready to use their content, before you do so, take a look again at the package to read about instructions and possible side effects.
All approved products are required to include instructions and possible side effects that may cause. If there is not mention on side effects, this means that the product has no side effects.
In this category of products that have no side effects, are included pure aloe vera juice and many of the natural nutritional supplements. And that is why these products are classified as foods and not approved as drugs.
This means that we can use them safely. However, if we have problem after using them, the responsibility rests with the manufacturer company of the product.
